The best and tastiest fish & chips I've had in 10 years! I just can't believe how tasty it was - not bland like most fish & chip shops. I had cod & chips which was a huge portion; my mum had the OAPs version which was smaller than mine but still a decent amount of food that she couldn't eat it all. The cod and chips were cooked freshly and they weren't greasy, just fresh & tasty. Husband had one of the breakfasts as he can't eat fish and that was lovely too - even the sausages (which normally in a fry up are the thing that lets it down), at Vita, they were delicious. Great efficient service by the staff, they helped move some chairs for easier access for mums wheelchair when sitting at the table and were attentive whilst serving and made sure we were happy and had all the sauces and accompaniments we needed. Excellent place to eat in Worthing and highly recommend it to everyone! (although maybe I shouldn't so I can get a table anytime I want ;-)) Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Really good fish and chips - lovely crispy batter on the fish and not overly oily or greasy. Considering how expensive fish and chips is everywhere now, I didn't think this was too expensive. Definitely worth checking out.

We were very impressed with our Fish and Chip meal here. Dined in and from start to finish, a flawless experience. Freshly cooked products. Spoke to another diner whilst there who visits regularly and claimed to never having a bad experience. A return visit is definitely on the cards. Was so nice to sit outside in the glorious sunshine.

Visited here years ago I recall the Rock or Huss being very fishy and tasty. Excellent chippy serving yummy chips, nice peas and crispy fish if you're a northerner like me, we don't have Huss, but I guess Plaice tastes similar. It's like a swordfish and tastes very rich and fishy I really miss it living in the Midlands

Absolutely loved it! The fish and chips were incredible — huge portion, perfectly crispy, and full of flavour. Definitely great value for money! I also had the lemon meringue cake, which was light, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet. The strawberry smoothie was fresh and refreshing — not too sweet, just right. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere too. Highly recommend!

Was down for the day and came across this place. I had a large cod and chips. Lovely fresh cod the chips were great too I will definitely come back here when visiting again
